Order Form Instructions and Notes

1. Make checks or money orders payable in US Funds to Clan Graham Society Quartermaster.
2. Special orders and other colors may be available.
3. Allow four to sex weeks for delivery. shipping and handling is included for orders in North America
4. Please read entire sheet to understand all options before ordering these items.
5. Colored items cost more for us to purchase. The Clan Crest must be backfilled in white to show on dark fabrics. We recommend using the deluxe crest on dark colors because it is trimmed with a gold color.

Notes

Note 1:
Available clothing colors are: White (Wh), Ash (Gr), Black (Bk), Maroon (Mr), and Forest Green (FG).

Note 2:
Polo Shirts do not come in Ash.

Note 3:
Clothing in XL and XXL sizes require $2.00 extra per item.

Note 4:
The Deluxe Crest (Standard Crest ringed in gold color) requires $2.00 extra per crest.

Note 5:
Poplin Jackets are two-toned (shell/inner collar). Available colors are: Whte/Navy (WN), Black/White (B/W), Forest Green/Burgundy (FGB), Navy/Red (NR), Red/Navy (RN), and Navy/Jade (NJ).

Note 6:
Tote bags are two-tone (natural Body/colored Straps. Available strap colors are: Black (Bk), Navy (N), Red (R), and Spruce (Sp).

Note 7:
Baseball Caps and Floppies are available in colors (Body/Visor): White/White (WW), Khaki/Black (KB), Black/Black (BK), and Charcoal/Charcoal (Ch).

Note 8:
patches come with a White or Navy Blue Background.

Note 9:
Name Badges are for Clan Graham Society members only.  They are Gold with Black-colored lettering.
